Although
we control every model before sending to you and pack models
with highest attention, it is possible, that through unprofessional
using or during transport arise some damage. Please inform us
about it immediatelly on our email info@hobby-shop.cz.
Please note: damage of one part of the consignment means no
occasion to reclamation of the whole consignment. To make
execution of sales return faster and easier, please provide us
with your: name,
address, phone number, e-mail, order number and invoice number,
as well as short description of the damage.
We
will inform you as soon as possible how your reclamation will
be executed. Damaged models can be repaired by our company or
by producer, or we can send you new models. All
postal charges for transport of the models from you to us are
subject of your costs, all postal charges for delivery form us
to you are subject of our costs. If it is not possible to
repair the model or to provide you with new model, we will
compensate already payed price back to you within 30 days (without
postal charges, bank tranfer charges of our bank to our costs,
your bank to your costs).
