1. Registration

Click on one of any of the companies in menu bar on the left side and see through the offer. If you are interested in any of the models you can order them. But pay attention it is necessary to register before.

What does it mean?

Fill your name and address into the form and choose your customer number. It is necessary to remember this identification code and given name exactly because you will need these data for ordering the models. It is impossible to order the goods without the registration. The registration is free of charge. Hobby Shop engages that all the given information are secret and won´t be provided to the third person.

2. Choosing of models

Click to one of the company whose offer you want to browse on the homepage. You can also use the function "Search". The choice of the models is very easy - it is enough to fill in the number of pieces by each model you are interested in and press the symbol of the basket. If you have ordered more models on one page just click to the symbol of the basket once. The goods is not ordered yet, it is in the basket only.

After clicking on the symbol "basket" you will see content of your basket. If you want to make further model selection click on the "Back" button on your Web-browser or on the logo of the chosen company.

3. Our prices

All prices in english version are in USD without VAT.

For customers from EU countries:
Please note, as the Czech Republic is a member of EU, to the price without VAT will be VAT 19 % charged. If you have your own VAT Nr. in your EU country, please let us know it and the goods will be delivered without VAT. To the total price counted in the basket and VAT, the charge for postage must be added. If you will order for minimum of USD 250,- goods will be delivered without postage charge!

For some items, which are complicated to send by mail service, extra 3,- USD once for package can be charged. About this case you are informed next to models on our pages and on proforma invoice. More about postal charges read here.

For customers outside the EU:
VAT and any duty are not charged. Please note duty and VAT are subjects of each your country and you should calculate with them, as we do not invoice any VAT or export duty to you. For further details please contact customs authorities in your country. More about postal charges read here.

4. Order

If you want to order the models you have to confirm the order in basket. It is necessary to fill in the form in the same way like by the registration. You also have to choose the form of the payment. If your order is succesfully confirmed all the dates would be deleted from the basket and sent to our company.

5. Order executing

After receiving the confirmed order we will send you the proforma invoice per email (it can take some hours or days). You have so the overview about models you have ordered. All neccesary information about payment you will find on this proforma invoice.

If the models are out of stock, we are waiting for closing all orders on announced dates (please see Home Page). Delivery starts than usually after 14 days from this date. For successfully delivery it is important your order is already pre-payed and your payment well identified on our account. After this we will send you models to your address.

Please take note that small-series producers have delivery condition of their models 1-2 months.

Goods dispatch will be announced to you by email. In case, that your order will be not completely executed, you will be asked for confirmation of interest in so far undelivered models. This could be delivered to you in one of following ways:

1. free of charge, together with first delivery of your other order
2. separately and free of charge, if the total amount is higher than the limit
3. separately, the customer pay postage according to our conditions

You can confirm your interest in so far undelivered goods in the order detail. Here you can also do changes. Undelivered goods can be canceled after 21 days without confirmation. Cancellation also follows if it is not possible to delivery the goods for longer than 6 months.
